All Craftsman Series Buildings include a Loft, 40 Year Metal Roof, LP "Smart Panel" Siding finished with Premium Latex Paint, 15 Color Options, Treated 4'x6' Skids Notched for 2'x6' Floor Joists placed 16' On Centers, 3/4" Tongue & Groove Flooring with a "Life Time Warranty". Premium imported wall studs are mounted 16" On Centers with Double Top Plate, Roof is Constructed of Steel Plated Trusses then OSB Decking Applied. Built like a Home not a Shed.

Cabin

Includes a 4 foot deep Porch on End Wall, 36 inch wide Residential style door with window, or a 36"x72" shed door with transom window, one 30"x40" window. Cabins can be built with Barn style roof or Cottage style (pictured here)

Side Porch

Building Length varies Porch Size & Window Count Up to 18' long = 4'x6' Porch & 1 - 30"x27" window 20' to 28' = 4'x8' Porch & 2 - 30"x27" windows 30' to 40' = 3'x12' Porch & 3 - 30"x27" windows 36 inch wide Residential style door with window, or a 36"x72" shed door with transom window. Can be built as a Barn style roof or Cottage style.

Deluxe Farm House

Angled End Wall Porch Series, includes 36" Residential style door with window, 2 - 30"x40" windows and 1 - 30"x27" window. Can be built as a Barn style roof or Cottage style.

End Lofted

Includes End Wall Double Doors, 4' Deep Loft (transom windows installed in doors pictured here are an added option)

Side Lofted

Includes Side Wall Mounted Double Doors & 4' Loft (windows are an added option)

Garages

Garages have 4 - 4"x6" Skids, floor joists are 2"x6" 12 inches on centers. Wall Studs are 2"x6" 24 inches on centers with bottom and double top plates that lock rear and front walls. Garages include a 9 foot wide roll up door with approx. 80" of vertical clearance, 1 - walk-in door & 1 - window.
